Deuteronomy 1-2

1. When your past victories define you.
    A. Your focus shifts from God's glory to yours.

3. When your own abilities weaken you.
    A. Fear says, you can't do what you can do.

4. When your rebellious sins trap you.
    A. Your routines/habits control you.

When you come off your mountain top and learn to trust God in the valley, you see the next peak is higher.
